- What do you consider successful design?
To accomplish what the client has requested in a way that is as creative and cost effective as possible. Nothing is more pleasing than hearing the client say “you made the idea come to life and I love it!”
- How does your design process begin?
I schedule an interview with the client in the setting we will be working on to see what they want to keep or change. This is an opportunity to see if this relationship is “a good fit” for both of us. After that we dig in and get to work.
- When I’m not working, I’m…
On the golf course in the warm months or on the tennis court when it is cold outside. (Additional lessons would improve both.) Also, spending family time with my husband and two grown daughters and now a new puppy!
- Guilty pleasure:
A box of Cheez-its and the Kardashians.
